Im somewhat hopeful, but I wont be surprised at all to see a cancellation notice sometime in the next week.
Why? It's Amazon.
The chances of them talking to the original creator of the content they are adapting is essentially zero. Just look at their previous adaptations.
EA still owns the IP, and they're not going anywhere.
Fallout, Invincible, and The Boys are all good.
And then there's Rings of Power, and Wheel of Time.
So as long as its not circle shaped its fine
Wow, it's not even made by Amazon and yet that rule managed to hit the Halo series.
From reading the codex it seems like as a form of mass manipulation, the mass effect is spherically symmetrical.
But... the Citadel is a ring (sort of)? So are the hump gates?
i’m not saying they’re perfect but the chances it’ll be good are better than “essentially zero” as you said above. that’s just wrong.
Where they actually couldn't talk to the original creator.
The Boys strafed REAL far from the original comics. For the better, mind you, but it still isn't a close adaptation.
