If Saka's out for a while, our wings are looking pretty dire. Especially the left side if Eze doesn't step up, since Madueke is almost certainly playing on the right for most of the minutes.
there is this one Scottish lad who has played left wing before who I'd love to have, he used to play for Arsenal and knows Arteta's system too /j
Hope he gets a few from the U21/U18 and doesn't start pushing more people wide. We're playing Fleetwood next week.
Too bad Bubacarr Jallow is too young to play in matches like these. Wouldn't mind Mylo Bernard or James Scanlon as options to rest the boys a bit.
who are those? I haven't kept track of the kids in a while, besides Nwaneri (the younger) Salmon Dowman and Julienne I can recall off the top of my head.
Scanlon was recently taken from Man Utd. Plays on the wing. Bernard, another winger. From Palace if I'm right. Scored 40 goals last season.
Jallow got a bit of a buzz because of his Ronaldinho like skills.
Ah, right, I remember Scanlon now. Didn't folks say he was kinda just here to boost numbers?
I think I remember that post where people said that. I think he had a past link with somebody at the academy.
