I've never tried Widowmaker but plan to try them on a trip to the area soon. Never heard of Roxbury.
I loved my trip to the Treehouse main location. We were there in the very late summer and sat outside on the lawn listening to a band with perfect weather. The draft pour limits were a bit low for those who just want to sit outside and enjoy a longer day, though.
Widowmaker and Long Live have better tasting NEIPAs. And each are more customer friendly. Smaller bars with great staff that will discuss their beers. They're both city style taprooms. They do have outdoor space, it's just hard top vs. lawn.
Trillium Canton has a big lawn area. And certainly some decent beers. They also have a restaurant and liquor.
