Poor Jon. I do not envy him. He retired once because it all got to much.

But he is the last voice standing. Kind of like Gandalf standing on the bridge against the Balrog.

I think he’s liking the current setup. He only hosts on Mondays, and the rest of the week is another member of the team, rotating from week to week. It’s pretty great all around, gives us Jon Stewart once a week and lets people like Josh Johnson and Jordan Klepper and Desi Lydic get a chance to shine.

I love the daily show, but I also enjoy Kimmel. Nobody shits on Trump like Kimmel, he has some brilliant writers.
