Trump heads to Kansas amid farmers' concerns over a costly harvest season

Economic struggles are becoming a significant political issue for Republicans in states long considered party strongholds

Farmers have spent months feeling the squeeze as costs for inputs like diesel, fertilizer and seed have soared due to refinery constraints and supply disruptions tied to the Iran war.

Diesel averaged $6.30 per gallon nationwide on Friday, more than 70% higher than a year ago, according to motor club AAA. The surge has been especially painful during harvest season, when farmers depend heavily on fuel to operate machinery and transport crops.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture projects that net farm income will decline by 2.6% this year as production expenses rise by 4.5%. Fuel and oil expenses alone are expected to jump nearly 30%, according to the agency’s September forecast.

Hopefully a tornado will drop a house on his incontinent ass.

Like he will address any of their concerns. He babble on and on about shit effecting him. Like golf courses etc. Those farmers will just have to continue to suffer so he can get richer.

Which way did Kansas go in the last election? Are they getting what they voted for?

11

Their family farms are a small price to pay to stop Iran from getting nukes!

12

They absolutely are, but you can be damned sure they're either too stupid or too racist to know it.

And yet they'll vote for anyone he tells them to. They're reaping what they sowed

Trump wouldn't be heading there if they weren't scared of losing fucking Kansas

Trump held a rally in Nebraska and literally left them in the cold. He still won the state

They won't boo him. They will pout like children and then vote however they are told to vote.

Conservatives are simple, programmable NPC's that do whatever the wealthiest class instructs them to do. They will sacrifice absolutely everything to please the wealthy. This has always been true.

We cannot defeat the boss until his minions are dead.
