The death was confirmed by U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, who said the 56-year-old Mexican national was found unresponsive in his cell. He’s the seventh person in Texas to die while detained by ICE this year.

I don't think we're going to miss some critical riot window in the next two weeks. If shit doesn't turn around quickly after that though, then rioting should very much be on the table. The same logic that says "don't do it right before the election" also means "sometime after the election is the optimal time".
Jan. 6th happened and it basically meant nothing by the time the next election rolled around.
You guys have been saying that through hundreds of red line events for the past decade. It's always "vote the evil away" and "just one more election before we do anything else".
To be clear, I'm not advocating against voting (which I shouldn't have to specify but shitlibs LOVE that strawman), I'm advocating against ONLY voting and expecting that to magically fix all underlying problems that led to the current dystopia. And against saying "not yet" until it's too late.
