A standard revenge horror episode ala "I Know What You Did Last Summer", plus a bunch of other horror references mixed in. Overall a fun episode, I especially like creepy horror Chalmers. Also loved the silent cameo on the island.
But of course the big reveal is... Apu is back! Also his wife Manjula! And not reported elsewhere but Doctor Nick too!
Apu's new voice actor, Sunil Malhotra, does on ok job imitating Apu. He's clearly trying to make the voice his own while on keeping some Apu voice quirks. The character of Apu seems to be about the same, which is good. Overall a noticable change, but I think will work out.
Manjula's new voice actor, Janina Gavankar (Shiva for "The League " fans), does a good job taking on Manjula's voice. Admittedly she doesn't do a lot this episode, so difficult to say if it's noticable.
Doctor Nick's new voice actor, Eric Lopez, does a terrible job imitating Doctor Nick. The character has a pretty memorable catchphrase, so I hope that's something that can be improved upon in the future. His character was also a little too "sane" this episode. It was a brief appearance, so I hope he gets sillier in future episodes.
Also because both Lou and Carl were in this episode and voiced by Alex Désert. Lou could still use some work. Carl is excellent (but he figured out his voice a while back.)
Overall I'm just glad Apu is back.
