I was taking bass lessons when this was on the radio. Right before my mom dropped me off the announcer said “coming up after the break the latest from Nine Inch Nails!”
I hoped it wasn’t this song. My mom hated anything “dirty.”
Apparently it was this song because I was forbidden from listening to that radio station in the car with her.
Dude named Adam sang an incredible cover of this at a bar one night.
It is only later I realized he was more or less tributing it to me. Flattered, but I prefer the ladies. Still one of the best renditions of the song I've ever heard.
