I woke up from a surprisingly long nap at sunset, and thought it was sunrise. Went through my morning routine, got my coffee, and noticed it was getting darker outside.
I once woke up from a nap that overtook me and it was twilight and I didn't know if it was ten on a summer evening or seven in the morning in the middle of winter.
My phone is set to 24 hour clock, but my alarm clock isn't. I think it may have actually been checking my phone for astronomical anomalies in the news that made me notice it was 15:06 and not 3:06, but my brain wasn't really recording very effectively at the time so I don't really know

"The clock says three. But there's light outside? What the fuck is going on with the clock? Am I late for work or can I sleep a little longer?"

clearly you've been teleported to the arctic while you slept and now you're seeing midnight sun
You need a power nap to feel that way?
Hell, that describes my last 30 years of existence.
