So much corruption. Welcome to that "new norm" so they say.

It's only the new normal if we allow it to be. When we gain control, we have the ability to punish every one of those corrupt pirates. It will be up to us to force our elected officials to take decisive actions against MAGA and their financier enablers.

They will all start to fear the voters after the Midterm boodbath, and we need to increase that pressure greatly. They need to know that we will accept nothing less than full punishment for all of them - not for their politics, but for their actual CRIMES.

Biden and Garland had the orange pedophile dead to rights... they had a tremendous opportunity to put the fuckhead away for a long time and prevent this shit show that's going on today... but they slow-walked and let the pedo slip through the cracks. Yeah, it's up to the people, but given that happened, then J6 and so on and so forth.. I don't have much hope the collective people will do anything drastic. I hope I'm wrong, enough should be enough eventually, you'd think.

It wasn't so simple.

The courts were already stacked.

Why do people forget how Aileen Cannon and the SCOTUS stalled all these trials?

And if it was that obvious, even if you got past the legal hurdles of stacked judges, why do people think that a jury of 12 would be convinced if even after seeing J6 with our own eyes and all his crimes and lies that he wins the popular vote in 2024? The case and corroborating evidence to be built had to be overwhelming.

To be fair, if they wanted to bring charges, they wouldn't let Trump forum shop and guarantee a Cannon.

As far as I understand, Smith's hands were tied because the case of the classified documents was in Florida and thus her district.

For the J6 case, the crooked SCOTUS delayed that one as well given the Immunity ruling.

They simply didn't have the sense of urgency required. They acted like Trump's political career was over, and they could take their time to build a case.

They should have had a clue right away, though, when the Senate let Trump off the hook for his second impeachment. They could have formally ended Trump's political ambitions, but didn't. They made the political calculation that average voters have short memories, and as outraged as they all were on Jan 7 2021, they would forget 4 years later.

Of course, we run the risk this time that since, according to the rules, Trump can't be on the ballot in 2028, we'll make the same mistake and slow-walk it all. But Trump is planning on holding on to power past Jan 2029, and if he manages to, he won't need rules (or votes) to do it.

I'm honestly shocked he didn't the first time. Yeah, i know 1/6 was about the closest we've seen him try but this time around is gonna be an entirely different beast. He's representing the billionaires, they'll find fund a way to keep him in there as long as they can

Regardless what they pay, the money will not end in the "Ballroom". The ballroom and whatever they actually build will be paid for by the tax payer. The bribes and the money collected for this project from gullible idiots will somehow end up in Trumps' family coffers.

I've already eliminated Apple and Microsoft from my life, but I still need to ditch Google completely. YouTube is the hardest one. I watch a stupid amount of YouTube. But ditching it wouldn't just be a symbolic moral gesture, it would probably also improve my overall well-being.

Do you not have a mobile phone? How did you manage to get past Apple and Google for it?

Have you checked out PeerTube?

I have an Android phone. That's another way I have yet to rid myself of Google. I want to put GrapheneOS on my phone.

The only Google thing I do is YouTubeTV. Great product, but would love to find a better alternative. I’m not much of a YouTuber.
