Windows installer and portable ZIP with I2P built in. No separate I2P setup or port forwarding. Linux terminal client and hub/server also available.

Start the client, give I2P a few minutes, then select File → Connect to I2P hub: Or just press the star.

If it's anything like the DC that I've heard of before it's a file sharing app. But this runs over i2p and thus can't be traced back to you.

Or rather, what you download/share isn't known to anyone but you.

So it’s a file send from one point to another point traveling over i2p?

It's this, but over i2p. So yes, file send over i2p, but a little bit more than that.
