I saw a bit on the news a while ago where they were talking about how some people jog around the imperial palace in the wrong direction and how inconvenient and disruptive it is (you're supposed to run counterclockwise) and I had to laugh out loud when they managed to single out the one blonde non-ethnically Japanese looking person and zoomed in on and tracked them with the camera while cutting to people saying how they've almost been bumped into. And right after there was a bit about how foreigners sit on the ground next to a wall in Ginza because there are no benches and how trashy it looks, and made sure to find some locals to say that "yeah I guess it's just their culture, but it doesn't look good".
