Do people believe that the jan 6 riot wasn't orchestrated?
I don't know what prompted me to revisit this, but who benefitted from the staging of Jan 6?
ETA working link. Also, I feel like after watching this video the instigators just coopted the rioters who were already there, to further the optics/agenda of what happened that day. I just think it is a stark example of the extent that these mass events are manipulated by state actors.

Jan 6 happened. You can't stage participation. If people didn't make the individual choice to attend than Jan 6 would not have happened.

It was pretty fucking obvious to anybody paying attention in the weeks prior who was staging it.
True! I guess I was just looking for discussion about why, what effects it had on public perception, etc.
Why? Why did Trump and his sycophants do everything possible to incite this? Because he knew he would be prosecuted when out of office. And he was, though mainly for this and the documents stuff which happened effectively after his term (which to me is a self-fulfilling prophecy, I suppose). Of course it took too damn long and the 70 million idiots voted him in again so everything was effectively dropped.
He’s aptly called Teflon Don. He gets away with everything because Congress and the courts have no spine. The only one with any real integrity and courage is Jack Smith.
The only way this has any chance of ending is with the orange buffoon’s death. Preferably from a heart attack. But those same idiots who voted him in will see conspiracy even in that.
It’s always been about power and control and uneducated voters are the easiest to manipulate and control. Hence the riot.

There’s been more than one from my understanding. Staged? The guy had a bullet graze his ear and a member of the audience was hit and killed. Had he of not turned his head at the right moment, he very much could have been hit. I wouldn’t trust the world’s best sniper to take shots at me, I doubt the cowardly Mr bone spurs, McTrolley hider would. Given the gun violence in that country, it seems more par the course than staged.
I have no direct evidence either way, honestly. So I've not made any kind of judgment on that. It is crazy if so, though.

His analysis of the shooting literally starts at the gunshot. He appears to be speculating on what led up to the shooting based 100% on how people behaved after the shooting. AKA nonsense.
And quite frankly, any right wing youtuber with so few subs must be garbage cuz their content is pushed HARD by youtubes algo.
I see what your saying. I just thought the video was compelling. I did not catch the right wing spin, just the orchestration.
I analyzed the hell out of that shooting when it happened, rewinded the live feed and watched the minutes that led up to it 10x over. Babbit stared down that barrel and made the conscious decision to ignore the person telling them to stand down or else. One shot was fire and not until she physically breached the door.
EoD Secret Service did their job and Babbit as a military veteran should have known better.
