Tips for cooks in USA ?
In US restaurants, do cooks receive tips like the waiters ? Is there a sharing between waiters and cooks ?

Some wait staff tip out the kitchen with some percentage of tips, but cooks are generally paid the non-tipped minimum wage. Some places try to forbid these agreements and I think they may be illegal in some places.
I also got tipped out working as a bar back/security/whateverElseNotBartending in bars.
Don't forget to add salt.
