Loving the WoW Forever beta! And seeing Hyjal from Durotar is just so cool!
So pumped for the launch!
Probably just going to default on my main and go Feral, but thinking of probably going with Skyborn as my "something different".
How's everyone's experience been so far? And have you decided on a main yet?

I'm pumped. Didn't play WoW since TBC and didn't expect to come back but weirdly excited for Forever. Will definitely try, but waiting for actual launch.
Definitely want to go for undead paladin, but if my friends overrule me on faction I'll probably try dwarf shaman first.

I love the thematic idea of an Undead Pally, guarantee there is going to be tonnes running around Brill at launch haha. I have levelled an Enhancement Shammy, and I had a great time, I don't think you will go wrong with either option!

I'm going to play wow for the first time since wotlk because of this. I'm hyped. Gonna start undead warlock and paladin, this will be fun.

And for the first time in a very long time, I can genuinely recommend WoW again to either new or returning players!

Hyjal from Durotar, Dalaran from Tirisfal Glades. Really excited for the launch as well. Still poking around beta but resisting the urge to go too far.
Gonna basically recreate my RP character who was originally a troll shaman, but will now make him a (shadow) priest. He'll be my main. Also going to have an undead rogue (RP shenanigans) and a warlock (love Warlock PVP). And other alts, but these three are the most fleshed out in my mind. I'll probably struggle with the leveling speed though lol... but then it doesn't really matter, I'm in no rush to reach end game on any of them.

What ruleset do you think you will go with at launch? The RP server?
I think I'm just going to go with the PvE ruleset and transmog off. But I do plan on having a Fire Mage on the PvP server at some point
RP server yeah (EU). But I'm really really hoping Blizzard hears the calls for RP-PVP.

Last I played was when Season of Discovery came out. I am hoping that this time, it will actually be Classic+…
I never touched SoD, was just on Retail the whole time. But from what I've seen so far, it does seem to be that Classic+ everyone was wanting no?
Classic+ has always been different from person to person, but to me, Classic+ is an extension of the original WoW AKA horizontal progression. If the devs can manage to expand the world of Warcraft, without making earlier content obselete, then they have succeeded with making Classic+ imho.
Some of my 40k buddies got into the beta, they're really enjoying it thus far - one of them is saying that ret paladins are currently doing way more damage than any warrior, hell, even prot warriors seem to be more killy than fury/arms.
I'll be waiting for the actual release, maybe hope for a christmas discount. By the way, will you be able to buy forever game time from from those tokens you can buy/sell in retail?
Just remember, level cap is only lvl30 in the beta, so we have no idea how things are going to look at endgame.
Also, there is no box price on Forever. Just like Classic, all you need is a subscription to play. So to answer your question, yeah should work that way if you are playing Retail, and you sell the token in Retail. Unless I'm completely missing it, I didn't see anything about buying or selling tokens in Forever
My plan was to play the AH game in retail in order to get game time to spend on Forever 😁
