If you're getting down there like a mechanic, yeah index middle is superior. It's a bit awkward from other angles though, so if you want to do things like make out during the fingering, middle ring is better.

Hm for me it helped a lot to change my diet and to use something that tasted bad so I don't chew on them ... So again diet I guess
