It's more than a little heartbreaking seeing the realization on someone's face as they put the pieces together and realize what happened to them was also assault.

I think it's even worse when dudes go: if this is rape, my friends were rapists too...

Yes.

I don't get this sentiment at all. How is it worse than being a victim?

I think I realized why i find pizzacake comics gross.

The way the noses are drawn and how cutesy they look, it reminds me of that famous mouse cartoon... Except they're talking about getting raped and making it look too silly. It's like muppets talking about Nazis raping them, it's just kinda too much.

I mean ffs the whole punchline is "lol the old woman was raped too awwww". It's kind of just fucking morbid, a rape joke told from the victim's perspective, but still a morbid rape joke.

You're desperate to find reasons to criticise something that you find threatening

That says a lot about you

Ooooooooh!

I get it now.

You're deliberately stupid

The point was shoved in your face, because it had to be, and you chose to miss it

You disgust me

Eeh, tbh i didn't take it as a joke (just like with many of her comics) but more like a message

Iirc, Jim Henson intended the Muppets to be less kid-friendly to avoid being typecast as a child's entertainer. Now, don't get me wrong, I don't think Henson wanted to muddle in those topics.

You reached the end
