nooch on popcorn is so damn good
Oooh yeah! I've experimented a lot with popcorn seasonings and have found many that are nice, but none other than nooch and some salt are something I could eat daily. Nooch is such a good umami ingredient, better than pure MSG in a lot of recipes IMO. I've recently been adding it to my bolognese, not as a parmesan alternative, which is common, but as a umami addition while cooking it and it's so good.
