There is no such thing as a progressive conservative. They are opposed stances.
Progressive Conservative just means they tolerate lgbtq people, won't interfere with your beliefs, won't tell you that you can do in the bedroom, and whether you can have an abortion or not.
Everything else is the same

He's conservative but old school conservative. You can't use that word in the modern sense anymore. The conservative party itself is some sort of monstrosity with a mix of grievance politics, bigotry, and stupidity.
Bankers do as bankers do. He is selling out Canada and it's people to the highest bidders.
Dude didn't pursue a career at Goldman Sachs because he loves helping the helpless.
That is a career you get into because what you love more than anything is money and wealth and what it can do.
