Where can I buy DRM-free audio books in English/German language in the European Union?

I was just ripped off by xigxag who claim I could "buy" things there, but it turns out I can only play them with their DRM-infested webplayer or smartphone app.
Is there a store that sells truly DRM-free audiobooks somewhere in the EU?

I know of Libro but they're Seattle based and I can't guarantee they work DRM free.
LibriVox is also a thing. Only book on public domain and it is all volunteer based.
If someone add a truly european source for audiobooks, I want to know too.
