Used to be time. Still is time. But it used to be too.
I'm so tired of these articles declaring a fucking no brainer as some sort of researched ah-ha moment...

TL;DR: Amnesty International is openly calling for the abolition of ICE for their repeated and Amnesty-documented crimes against human rights, which is pretty worthwhile news. Shame they decided to run it under The Most Irritating Headline(tm)
Always been time since their founding.
Repealing the entire Patriot Act would just be a start towards real democratic reform.
Pretty sure the GOP is already doing everything it can to eliminate crystallized dihydrogen monoxide from the earth.
If Democrats win any chamber of Congress this should be a rider on every bill. Even if they were reined in they're still heavily armed, heavily funded, and extremely loyal to Trump.
But it probably won't pm any.
While all federal level politicians rightfully calling for abolition are Dems, the majority of federal level Dem politicians, including the entire party leadership, consider the very notion unthinkable.
