I work tech support for an msp. Wanna know how many times I hear "chat gpt said to fix it this way"? Wanna know how many times it's from c level people? It's a venn diagram that's almost a complete circle.
The only qualification a voter needs is to be subject to the authority of the State. Any other calls to "qualify" voters is voter suppression. It's VoterID, Poll taxes, and Literacy tests.
If a voter decides on a candidate because Mars is in retrograde, that's just as legitimate as the vote of the head of the political science department. low information voter = anti-democracy. If you can exclude them because their stupid, then you can exclude them for being black or a woman too. You can whittle it down until you get the utopia of the superior, or fascism as it's commonly known.
If your system requires improved and enlightened humanity, then your system is tyrannical and sucks.
