This is a crossover with what is probably my favorite joke from 30 Rock.

For a bit of context, if you are not familiar with 30 Rock: The show is a sitcom that follows the writers, actors, producers, etc. of a fictional Saturday Night Live-like sketch comedy show called the Girlie Show. One of the actors in this fictional show is Tracy Jordan, who is portrayed by the real-life actor Tracy Morgan. This bit is a meta joke about how the character is going crazy and realizing that he is just a character on a show.
