No not really. All I tried where kinda crap, mostly because they are way to full of prejudice and stereotypes. That is kinda not what I like in stories
The best one I guess was Bulletproof from Moronova

I haven't listened to full erotic novels, but GoneWildAudio on Reddit is thriving community with some actual effort in the stories. You probably know about it.
Ken Follett is a writer who goes heavy on the erotic elements a few times per book - I've read his Kingsbridge trilogy. Straight male oriented in my opinion.

Right now my go-to source for listening material is doing site searches for soundgasm. Some are pretty long, (30-40mins) and there are even a couple of "CYOA" style entries.
