I hear an undulating high-pitched whistle that makes my nose bleed
Stargate SG-1 S10E8 "Memento Mori"
This is a joke about how there are a lot of actors who portray characters in both Stargate SG-1 and the X-Files (just like basically every other sci-fi show filmed in Canada). Carter, Hammond, Dr. Lee, etc. I found out recently that IMDb has a neat advanced search function that allows you to compare two shows to quickly see which actors appear in both: https://www.imdb.com/search/name/?roles=tt0106179%2Ctt0118480
The actual dialog in that scene:
Sal, what am I doing? Working here, sleeping out the back, watching reruns of the X-Files in my spare time. I appreciate everything you've done for me, but… I've gotta tell you, I've been thinking about leaving.
Bonus: A remastered version of an old meme that is another Vala meta crossover
Stargate SG-1 S9E5 "The Powers that Be"

In my mind, SG-1 and The X-Files are set in the same universe. I'm just disappointed that Mulder never met O'Neill. I'm sure they would have been besties. With Mulder trying to convince Jack that aliens are real, and Jack playing it down, going "Nah, I'm not really buying it..." Despite having the Asgard on speed dial.
Here's an idea for a new show: SGC:CI
The counterintelligence department of the SGC, established after the events of The Serpent's Lair - people started noticing the two fireballs in the night sky and whatnot, so a counterintel department was established.
80% of their work is ensuring that Mulder never catches even a glimpse of what's going on. The remaining 20% is covering up things like the various spaceships landing (read: crashing) on Earth (such as the Bilisknr in Nemesis, or the various ha'taks SG-1 steals only to meet an early demise), and the space battles that are borderline impossible to miss, like the one over Antarctica. Or, Atlantis landing (sure the city is invisible but explain a sudden evaporation of the ocean surface and why there's a weird alien space city shaped hole in the ocean surface) and of course later taking off (they kinda need shields in space so at some point they'd switch over from cloaking to shields, making the Ass of Atlantis visible to the entire western seaboard).
The show would follow the SG-CI1 team who always remain in the shadows and use practical effect tricks like tripwires, Scooby Doo style traps and masks, and alien tech shenanigans. Like, Asgard holograms or the Tollan weapon disabling thingie. Imagine Mulder lining up a shot with a gun that shoots a GPS tracker dart, right into SG-1's van from one of the later seasons, only for a shadowy figure to appear from behind a tree, use the Tollan device, then disappear. That kinda stuff.
I'd watch this.
There must be a scene where Mulder tracks down Cameron Mitchell after he gets shot down but before he joins the Stargate program. Mitchell, wheelchair bound due to his injury, drinking heavily, and on Morphin, confesses the whole truth to Mulder. " I was shot down in Antarctica while defending earth from an alien invasion by a fleet of ships. I was leading a squadron flying a secret fighter jet built with reverse engineered tech from crashed alien spacecraft. We only won because a general in the USAF got control of an abandoned weapons platform built by other extinct aliens."
Cut to Mulder and Scully leaving the apartment building "And you think I'm crazy. This guy fell down the weekly world news rabbit hole and hit his head on every rock on the way down." Mulder says.
"I didn't see any of those magazines in his apartment Mulder. He's a decorated colonel in the air force."
"The best of us know to hide the stacks of UFO magazines when we have company." Mulder quips.
My only issue with this is that Mitchell would NEVER disclose these secrets even to an FBI agent.
Don't give Vala Farscape. She'd lose her mind all over again.
That one episode of SG1 that had them dress up as Farscape characters while they are describing obscure things was great
