ICE are obviously more violent, stupid, and incompetent than your neighborhood Jake. I'm saying that Jake is more competitive than you might think.
There are roughly 35x more police in the US.
The whole idea behind ICE is to force the citizens into violent revolt so that they can use the justification for martial law and the suspension of the mid-term elections...

Looking at this chart, you can see, ice deaths are on average 50% less during democratic administrations than republican ones.. 0 is best...but you can't say democrats are "just as bad" looking at this chart...
