To add to what the other responder said, tbf most of their comments were removed, which doesn't show up in the modlog (at a guess, a certain type of banning from the community that removes all content without registering each item into the modlog?). So I agree with them: not evidence of a bot, just a contentious user, not well educated nor knowing how to read the room.
