"ipv6 only" - is there something that has to be done on user end to access?
Nothing much you can do. Either your ISP and system supports IPv6 or they don't (you can check in the network settings of you OS if it is enabled; if it is but not supported by your ISP and router, then you can not use it). If you use a VPN check it's settings too.
