My thoughts:

1. I don't appreciate how they constantly understate and gloss over the concerns from the community. I would have liked to hear more about how they heard our critiques and are working to fix them.
2. Xaryu kind of dropped the ball here. I get that he's trying to be respectful and diplomatic, but he really pulled his punches. On his own channel, he shows that he really cares. Here, he's acting like all of his concerns are no big deal. Really feels like a wasted opportunity.
