It's a shame that word balloons on covers have gone out of fashion. But at least we're past the bland poster covers of the 2000s.
It's indeed not in the book. Which is a pity because the actual confrontation between Robin, Flash, Riddler and Captain Boomerang was a bit bland in the end.
