This is your segund post about tomato butter, and my boss is about to dump many tomatoes upon my coworkers and me. Thank you for introducing this option!
This was the leftovers from the first batch. Definitely a worthwhile use for surplus tomatoes.
I've never heard of tomato butter, and I try to reduce my dairy intake, but that sounds yummy!
