Whilst watching Spider Noir I thought I recognised that face and voice. I had one of those spits beer out and points at the television moments when I figured out where I knew him from!

He is one of those actors where he plays a completely different character 3 decades after his most known role, he's clearly aged, he doesn't have any of the makeup or prosthetics on, but you still see Garak

Edit: misspelled Garak

You can watch TV but real joy comes from hand-wrought pre-dutched media sourced from the richest studios making the best known franchises. Just like Mom used to make.

Pre-dutched. The whole series scratches that noir era itch. Long shadows, dated lingo, trumpet/sax fills, the works. Best to watch in black and white.
