Friend, I don't think salad is correct. Turkey mayo, sure. Those carrots look amazing by the way
Do you call tuna salad sandwiches "tuna mayo" sandwiches?
When I think of a tuna mayo sandwich in picturing some rare Japanese tuna steak slices with Japanese miso mayo on shokupan bread. Maybe some nori for color and texture.

An air fryer is a carrots friend.
Carrots look delicious
After giving them a toss with the sauce I put them in the air fryer on a piece of parchment paper. 390 for 13 minutes. I probably should have done 360 for 16 minutes. But they were still pretty good.
