Changed up the waistcoat and pants from the last outfit. I don't know why contrasting colored collars/cuffs on dress shirts aren't a thing. I think it looks great!

Colour combo on the shirt is fine, but the vest should either be navy or that powder blue for cohesion. I'd go navy pants too. It'll make the shirt the statement piece and make those colours pop more.
As far as the tailored fit goes, it is a bit late 00s to early 10s with that slim fit, but it isnt necessarily out of style; I've always thought it looked and felt uncomfortable and a bit cheap (but I know that isn't necessarily the case).

Imo the blue on only the cuffs/collar doesn't work as well as two different blues might (light blue base on the shirt with darker on the collar and cuffs. I think it just looks a little incomplete? Having your bold colour on the tie or under the vest usually fits better even if it is much more traditional.

I like the cut of the shirt and vest, very flattering to the shoulders.
The shirt is interesting, but I would pair it with a plainly toned light blue or navy vest. No tie or a plainly toned lighter coloured tie. Maybe even a plain cream toned tie. Something that wouldn't clash with the lightness of the shirt.
As for this exact look, I'd swap the shirt with a plainly toned grey one, navy, maybe black or even white one to let the tie pop. Dark wash jeans for a change.
Great suggestions! I chose the grey to sober up a rather unusual looking shirt, but you're right blue would work better. I'll try navy next.
I thought ties usually should contrast with the shirt, but I'll give a lighter colored tie a try 👍
