In the episode the Lone Gunmen foil a government conspiracy to fly a passenger jet into the World Trade Center buildings in order to start a "war on terror" which would be highly profitable for the military industrial complex.

I loved this show. My favorite XFiles episodes were always TLG ones. I have to give this a revisit.

I semi recently watched all of the xfiles, it was only after I finished I found out about this spin off. I guess I am going to have to watch again and include this in my watch.
