The ID checking company said the data breach included people's full names and driver's licenses and other government-issued identity documents.

Feels like the sort of thing that should put you out of the ID scanning business for life, seeing as you've failed at one of your primary responsibilities
Its probably the most important one, immediately before "accurate validation".
Id prefer being falsely denied access than my data being leaked
