Fuzzy-search all your opencode sessions across every project and attach in its own directory. Unlike opencode session list (scoped to your cwd project, capped at 100), it reads the opencode DB directly for a machine-wide newest-first view.

Shout-out to opencode-multiplexer (ocmux) by joeyism (https://github.com/joeyism/opencode-multiplexer) — great for switching between active sessions, but it was a bit too heavy for my workflow, so I built my own lightweight picker.
