Are there any ways to know if you're safe from a breach? And what should you do if your sensitive information has been compromised?

Like what do you do to care for privacy after a security breach has happened?

This is obviously in relation to that Nexus breach. How can you find out if your own data was a part of that?

And if you have been "pwned" what should you do besides a credit freeze?

I'm familiar with that, but that is just for passwords. For the Nexus breach, how can I know if my own ID was in that? Am I just cooked, chat?

They usually also have emails and other IDs, might have to wait a while for them to add it.
