Y'know, there are certain flaws in this film
There are trashterpieces, and then there's Manos: The Hands of Fate. The movie is a textbook example of incompetent no-budget filmmaking.
You can find it on Tubi.
But should you, when there's an MST3K that won't put your entire brain through a blender?
I have to confess, the movie is so bad I couldn't get through the MST3K version.
I'm not gonna yuck your yum. In addition, it's really quite terrible
I'm probably the wrong person to ask, since I intentionally search out movies that fry my brain. 😉
Oh I get it, I just bought like 20 DVDs worth of absolute trash secondhand and I can't wait to watch all of it. I just wanted to point out the existence of a safe route for the less daring ;)
If you like long scenes of a family just driving around, this is the film for you!

Fun fact: Torgo was blasted out of his head on LSD for the entire filming.
It is my understanding that after the movie, Torgo was blasted out of his head on buckshot.

If you've never seen it and aren't sure you can take a movie THIS BAD, I highly recommend the MST3K screening. I think Tubi has it for free, and it's way more bearable with the jokes instead of say... seven minutes of watching people drive in silence. Probably my favorite episode.
