I'm looking for recommendations for hobby/workshop style classes in Canberra?
Think along the lines of pottery classes, where it's either a day or a term-based course where you come away with at least the basics in a particular skill, and perhaps with a finished object?

I haven't done any myself, but the Tharwa forge runs a few knife making courses that look interesting (and from what I've read elsewhere they seem to get positive feedback).
