Amy Acton says Ohio police should work with ICE, backs qualified immunity
Democratic gubernatorial nominee Amy Acton said Tuesday that local law enforcement agencies should work with federal authorities to enforce immigration laws, a position that puts her at odds with several local leaders in her party.
Acton also supports preserving qualified immunity for police officers and increasing local government contributions to police pension systems, according to officials with the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, a police union that endorsed her campaign Tuesday.

Ohio, once again earning its title as America's toilet bowl.
It is between the NAZI or the NAZI sympathizer.
Qualified immunity is a concept that applies to state law enforcement officers. Feds of all kinds have a different form of immunity that is generally stronger than qualified immunity.
