There is plenty of iron in the iron we use to iron. That was unironically the most pathetic attempt of irony.
There is no iron in my iron, because it doesn't exist.
🤓 Actually almost all modern clothes irons are made with an aluminium* soleplate now, to minimize corrosion. The soleplate makes up most of the metal content of the iron, and is then coated with a thin layer of non-stick coating like non-stick paint, plastic/polymer, or stainless steel.

It's not just to minimize corrosion, it also heats up more quickly and evenly and cools down more quickly. There's a reason most heatsinks are aluminum, it's an excellent conductor of heat.
Stainless steel is just fancy iron, but it is still iron.
My computer has some gold in it, but I wouldn't characterize my computer as 'gold'. Same way modern irons have almost no iron in them. 🤷
