Why do trains start so much later in France than in Germany in the morning?
Part of it is that the sun rises later there. They are still in the same timezone, but it's been comically expanded:
They also seem to go to sleep a little earlier. It's probably an easy way to reduce expenses.
Really nice, you can even see the tiny two lines of the Waldbahn in the Bavarian Forest.
