So there are very few spec changes (no chip bump, which might mean it retains the same custom ROM support as the 10 VII? Hopefully?), except a 50% brighter display (always nice to see) and better speakers too. Still keeps the headphone jack, microSD card slot, side fingerprint reader, front-firing speakers, plastic body, and smaller 6'1" size, which is good!
Price hike is a bit of a downer though. Unless you really want the new colour or want a brighter display, I think the 10 VII will be a better value for most people + already has LineageOS support
