Just of note, OLED burn-in is not nearly as big of a problem as it used to be. There are all sorts of neat tricks that OLED displays use to help mitigate it as well. The 6'1" display is relatively small compared to almost all other phones (aside from a few of the weird Unihertz devices), particularly in that price bracket, and I think that's been the case for a long time now (the Zenfones used to have 5'8" displays, but terrible software support, it was Asus after all, while the iPhone Mini devices had pretty poor battery life and were iPhones, Lightning and all).
The camera bump is a valid point though (not the worst we've seen, but certainly noticeable), especially since the cameras themselves are pretty lacking
New colours look really neat though! Hopefully it will retain the custom ROM support of the Xperia 10 VII, given it's using the same chip. Also, it's always nice to see a phone with a headphone jack!
Price hike is not fun though

Considering the ram shortage due to AI bullshit I don't think a price hike is unwarranted.
If they sold it stateside I'd be interested.
It has a headphone jack!
I already like this phone.
Plus, no notch/cutout! MicroSD card support! Plastic back that doesn't shatter! Side fingerprint reader!
6.1 inch screen
That too!
I think it's Sony main game - audio. Has real speakers and 3.5 jack
camera bump, OLED(burn-in), 6.1 inch(huge) -- i'll pass

I have 3 OLED devices, an LG TV, a steamdeck OLED and a tablet all for multiple years and no sign of burn in.
