Fortress Europe, except it's soon to be Dessolate Wasteland Europe.
This is obviously some intense individualist junk in the article, but if it's too hot at home try going to a public space with AC.
I live in Australia, I've never had A/C, when it's hot I've gone to a mall, a library, a swimming pool, the beach, a cinema, hung out in anumderground gararge, freeze some damp cloths, be creative.
I’m in Australia. I have solar panels on my house and that covers the air conditioning for my whole home, while still leaving plenty left over to export to the grid.
It doesn’t have to be one or the other. Renewable sources of energy can mean more air conditioning plus emissions reductions.
Rooftop solar and grid solar/wind needs to happen as much as possible.
