Porsche first acquired a stake in MHP in 1998 and took full ownership just over two and a half years ago.
The consultancy primarily advises companies on strategy and IT transformation. Its roughly 300 clients come from the automotive and manufacturing industries as well as the aerospace, energy and defence sectors as well as the public sector.
MHP, which employs more than 4,500 people, generated revenue of around €743 million in 2025.

Is this their core IT team?
Anyone outsourcing their core IT team doesn't understand the importance of IT and how it actually makes the company able to do business.
