PrecivityAD2 is a blood-based diagnostic test cleared by the FDA to aid in identifying the presence of amyloid plaques in the brain associated with Alzheimer’s disease in certain patients.

There has been no correlation between amyloid and AD since 2008.

The rest was all faked.

That's a huge exaggeration of what the article you linked to says https://www.science.org/content/blog-post/faked-beta-amyloid-data-what-does-it-mean

The faked line of research was regarding Lesne's line of papers on a specific amyloid beta protein configuration AB*56

Proteins can be folded in any number of shapes, any of which can have different effects.

The OP's article states:

The blood test uses high-resolution mass spectrometry to measure the ratio of levels of amyloid (Aβ42 and 40) and two forms of tau protein (p-tau217 and total tau217) in the blood. These biomarkers are associated with amyloid pathology, a characteristic feature of Alzheimer’s disease.

As a layman, I see there's a difference between AB 42/40 and AB 56
