This is how they start. Lock up the homeless people first. Once you get them locked up, you can start with the other "undesireables". Eventually, you can just put anyone that disagrees with you into a prison or ghetto and then go for the final solution...

Criminalizing homelessness isn't an end in itself - it's the means to an end.
The desired end is to turn the US into a nation of peasants, in which those not of the billionaire class will only have two "choices" - to be wage slaves to the billionaires, or to go to prison and be literal slaves to the billionaires.
Option 4, go out guns blazing and kill a few of their class traitor goons on your way out. Better to die free than to live as a slave, no? Let’s see how the US midterms hash out, but I’m guessing there is some significant violence in its future. Hopefully directed the right way (up).
