Windows already gave up the GUID tracking capabilities to FBI earlier this year and it allowed them to track a user even past a VPN, the "scattered spider" scandal.

Something more interesting, I think, is how quickly Take Two was able to get info out of Discord. That platform really has turned into a shitshow cog in the machine which is Peter Theil's surveillance state.

Basically end to end encryption doesn't protect you if your endpoint is exposed, and that's the case with Windows because they're shipping your unique identifier to sites you visit.

This is like going to a bar where someone was drugged and asking for the family tree and financial of everyone who had visited the bar since the 80s

Take Two is abusing the legal system to do a fishing expedition here.

How could these even be linked together with the accounts on the discord server?

GUID track your internet connection to all server and your ip even through vpn. Correlate with discord signup date and ip and get account link to GUID.

And then GUID to microslop account for rest of data i think.

I hope this kills Take Two’s reputation and the reputation of whatever law firm thought that this egregious fishing expedition was ok
